We had a birthday dinner here for our daughter and it was phenomenal! The food was delicious, the experience and service were exceptional. It was spendy for 7 (4 kids) but worth it.

Amazing staff. Super clean. Authentic Japanese dishes. Delicious fresh Sushi! I can't say enough about this spot. I love this place.

I grew up in California and have had tons of sushi, but this sapporo in Hudson is something else. Better than 95% of the sushi I've had on the coast, and even at a better price. We have spent thousands of dollars here over many year and every single meal was well worth it. Incredible food, amazing staff, 10/10 lifetime customer right here.

Real authentic Japanese food. Has a great time here last week. Our waitress, Lucy was great. Wish it wasn’t too far from us. Will be returning back here real soon!!!

Fresh, delicious sushi, very friendly service. Hamachi was the best I have had in a long time.
