Ever since the Hudson location decided to go to online ordering only, this place has completely tanked. Nothing but terrible portions and awful customer service there now.nYou pay for extra portions and you end up with less than a regular serving size.nIf you enjoy paying for extra air, this place will satisfy you for sure. If you enjoy eating food you paid for, I recommend you don't bother wasting your time here.

This Chipotle (Hudson Wi location) is a scam. I’ve complained In person and been served short probably 6 or 7 times and it hasn’t helped. They keep the ordering online so they can skimp on ingredients. If you order double anything you will get charged for it but you will never get it. I love the food at this place usually so it’s upsetting to just have to walk away from a business cause it’s just poorly run.

Thank you for messing my order and not answering the calls. This don’t even like a burrito bowl to me. And definitely not what I order (no beans, no rice) and I don’t see carnitas which I wanted.

This location has horrible portions. I've ordered bowls here 4 or 5 times at different times of the day and every time the bowl is half empty. Its not just one ingredient that suffers either. Its ALL of the ingredients. My wife just got up angry saying how she's still hungry. That should never be the case after eating the whole Chipotle burrito bowl. We actually were hoping to have our lunch for tomorrow too.. To top it all off my rice is hard and crunchy. (Trying to eat it as I'm writing...) Our bowls were different ingredients and different meats. Both equally lacking in food. This is the only location that has disappointed me enough to actually spend time to write a review.
