Good customer service, but no masks on the employees. I enjoy having healthy lungs, so I'll not be returning.
Just left from drive thru 10 min ago . Asked for #8chicken sandwich to be dropped fresh......and it was everything was exactly as I wanted it to be ... I would simply like to say thank you to the hard working team on shift tomight
Workers not wearing masks and arrogant about it. When asked about it, one replied: “Freedom of choice.” Meanwhile, they shorted us on our order and we had to drive back. Avoid this place.
With the C - Virus closing all the lobbies down. The Hudson BK is doing a pretty good job. There were customers walking up through the drive thru and a very long line. My order did take a little bit but they were wearing masks and gloves. Going as fast as they could. The food was wonderful and accurate. I would encourage everyone to eat here for a real burger.
Cashier had mask below her nose, 2 others not wearing them at all. Didn't put any sauces in the bag. No greeting or goodbye (just handed me the bag & shut the window).
