My experience at this location was awful. The employees were rude the manager was unhelpful. And I WILL NOT be returning to this location. This service was unsatisfactory, the staff at this location need to be trained in the proper ways to deal with customers. It is frankly embarrassing.
I was just asked to rate them a 1 Star so I’m assuming they did something heinous to someone I care about. Avoid these nerds.
Excellent crew from start to finish. They patched walls, took down closet shelves, and took hardware off walls (light switches and plugs) and did a GREAT job! The crew was time efficient and always getting stuff done on my return visits home. They were very respectful about the home and flooring. I've hired painters before but these guys were by far the most professional. Brad (Project manager) even offered to come by in the spring and paint a couple doors leading to the outside to finish the job. Other companies would have slopped on paint regardless if it would take or not considering the exterior of the doors were cold. Outstanding!! Where they patched I'll be darned if I can tell at all. The texture was matched exactly to the rest of the wall! Other painters I've hired you can tell exactly where they spackled. These guys are worth the money.100%
FTP is a disrespectful company and treats their employees poorly. Instead of wanting a quality job done, they want their employees to paint quickly and move on to the next job regardless of the quality. I would paint myself before using this company. Highly do not recommend them.
Restained main entryway ceiling in one of my apartment buildings the guy who came out name is Steve he was very professional very courteous to my passing by residence and did an amazing job.
