If I could give .0001 of a star I would. I usually go to joe to go for my coffee but unfortunately they're closed for a few days. I don't even know where to begin with expressing my disappointment. I ordered an iced latte but when I got it, it was just warm with 4 ice cubes in it. The coffee is so stale you can almost see the separation of consistency between the coffee and the water. I think they should give you a solid gold straw with your coffee for what you pay. I'm 6'2 and I have these cool circle glasses and long brown hair, and I can promise you, you will never see me anywhere close to a Caribou Coffee for as long as I live.
Love, love Caribou Coffee spicy mocha even tho they used dark chocolate and I ordered white chocolate!
I tend to stop into this caribou in the mornings. My experience is always fairly good, but one thing that sticks out to me is this girl, she has curly hair, who may be the manager?, always has a strong smell of body odor, which to me is a big deal, because you are working in the food industry, and smelling body odor is not something you want to smell, and if she is the manager, you are suppose to be the “role model” of your store and that isn’t a good representation of that store.
Love the coffee and great folks working there, helpful too.
