Not generally a fan of Starbucks due to their left of center management, so this is a rare event. Had a matcha latte (抹茶ラテ) with extra powder. See pic. Well done, although overly sweetened compared to the original Japanese version. Lots of nice cakes and sandwiches. See pic.

It was busy with a long line of customers so I understand that not everything can be great when you're swamped. However, the floor had visible trash scattered throughout, needed to be swept. The counter where they hand you your order was completely sticky and needed to be wiped. The chairs near the tables were scattered everywhere. It felt unclean and staff was unorganized in this store.
