This location is one of the worst holiday gas station I've ever been to...so im traveling from IL to Wisconsin to MinnesotanI STOP to get gas and i go in to prepay with c.c and i make THE transaction $25 in gas coffee and snacks..i go out to pump the gas and the pump computer ask me Do u want to pay inside or outside..nWAIT A MINUTE I JUST PREPAIDnSo i go back in to let the CS lady know my problemnShe says i don't know what to donSo she gets her male supervisornHe comes out to say well what did you do wrong? Atuomaclly i did somethingnno can i help younNOTHINGnso he tells me i gotta pay again if i WANT the gas and then tells me i have to be refunded in 2-3 business days..what if i didn't have any other means of payment...i just would of been a## -Out..
Me and my cousin went in he needed chew and pods and I went to the bathroom and the cashier refused to sell to my cousin because he thought he was buying it for me when all I did was go to the bathroom. This caused him to have to go to another gas station. We will not be returning to this one.
Slowest pumps on earth! It took 5 minutes or longer to pump 6.5 gal gas. Didn't even finish filling up cuz I was tired of waiting. Inside staff is nice though.
