I made a 10 AM appointment to get a second fob programmed and a valet key cut for my Honda Civic. I got there about 10 minutes early and the receptionist said Nate just walked in. He grabbed my old & new fobs, cut the key, then went out to the car and programmed the new fob. I kid you not, when I got in the car to drive home the clock said 10:05. I sat there for a minute, wiped my forehead, and said "Whew, what happened?" These guys are good, fast, and professional. I can't say whether the price was good or bad because I didn't go anywhere else, but based on the quality of service I really didn't care. Yeah, my experience was that good.

Always very personable and attentive service. Dependable locally family owned business that has serviced my needs for years. They are honest and fair and freaking smart when it comes to locks or safes. I use them regularly and have always been well taken care of. I would recommend them highly without reservation.
