Been there numerous times. Blizzards are inconsistly good. Not mixed. well sometimes. Orders are wrong occasionally.
On 10/21/20 my husband an I went here to the Baldwin Dq for some dinner. The frustration started with a intercom box not properly working for the employees to be able to hear the us 'the customer' trying to order food after about the 20th time of being asked to repeat the order, we were asked to pull up to the window to order. After getting to the window things went a bit smoother. I believe the gentleman name was Jon, he apologized alot for the mic/intercom box not working, an made sure himself that the order was correct. Thank you thank you for taking the time to fix the problem. I highly suggest that mangment fix the intercom box for future customers.

Just terrible, the food is good, the workers are on point, and are completely happy around the customers. I hate to see a restaurant not like this, 5 stars.
Food was ok but typical DQ fare. Drive through service was fast and friendly.
