Unorganized and slow but correcting a shortcoming is better than never dealing with one thanks indeed for the corrective measures it says a lot
Pretty good food and friendly staff
I put in an order online for 2 sandwiches and a drink. After half an hour of waiting I called the store. The gentleman that answered the phone said their delivery driver is new and very slow but as soon as she got back they would give her our order. After waiting another half an hour I called the store again. The phone rang for a few minutes and then a gal answered. I asked about my order and was given the same response. Instead of ordering a pizza that had a wait time of 90 minutes we decided to order from here because it would be quicker. We should have ordered the pizza because it would have been quicker. An hour for this order is ridiculous!!
Not exactly the "Freaky Fast" service they advertise. Even with four people visible through the drive thru, it took them more than 15 minutes to make four sandwiches. There were two sandwich makers, wearing masks, and making our sandwiches, there was another gal on the drive-thru, cash, and stretching out dough without a mask, and then a kid in maroon pants and matching maroon shoes, wandering aimlessly, putting saranwrap over his face and blowing it at the kid making my sandwiches, and generally doing nothing but slowing down and already VERY slow team. There was definitely no rushing this team. If I hadn't been in such a hurry, it would have almost been comical.
Normally they are pretty fast and really tasty. The tasty part was there. One car in front of us with only 1 bag and we had to wait 15 mins. Really??? What happened to the speed of freaky fast??
