I went to Fox Den Storage on 6-25-20 to see if there were any available units. The customer service experience was one of the best and most fun I’ve ever had anywhere. Ryan was funny and made the experience enjoyable and was a lot of fun to work with in getting everything set up. He had me laughing the whole time. Fox Den is clean and is very secure. I’d definitely recommend Fox Den to anyone.
My key broke in the lock and Ryan in office helped me out. Thanks so much for your help.
This is a very nice and secure facility. They were able to change units when we realized we had the wrong size without any issues. It's nice that they even give you locks and you get to keep them. ETA: I highly recommend. None of the other places have the sizes as well as the security. You won't be disappointed. They are worth the drive. Ryan and Connie are great to talk to.
I called them and she apologized and said that they have no units available at this time. She offered to put me on a wait list, but i needed it soon, so then she offered the phone numbers of their other facilities. She was very helpful.
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! All the girl kept repeating, “No I can’t answer that I’m off site.” And finally I said that answers nothing I said, and she hung up on me. I asked basic questions that anyone working for a company should have basic knowledge of unless you’re less than basic. Super.
