The fact that you need to twist off the lock after you pay for your unit should definitely be put in the info on your web site.

Very frustrating dealing with them. We pay a big chunk to have what we thought was secured to have the gate constantly broken. When we complain about it they just say oh were fixing it. Im sorry but for how many times the gates been broken they should've discounted our rates considering they weren't keeping our stuff very secure.

If you rent a unit here, you have to take out Insurance. Buyer beware that Insurance doesn't cover any damages from rodents, or water damage unless it comes from the roof. Very shady companies. Cover your furniture good in plastic and good luck keeping mice out. We had a unit rented for a year and mice got in it, and water came in thru under the door. Red Dot Nor Ins company did nothing. Read the fine print. Beware!!!They must have issues because when we moved everything out there was a leather sectional thrown against the fence.

Red Dot has a great system here! Its easy to use. I found them on line, called and spoke with Bernie. He was very friendly and helpful . He talked me through the process and I had access to a storage unit in about 20 minutes! Its clean, well lit and secure. I would highly recommend Red dot storage.
