I rented a storage locker at Eastside Storage for approximately two years. Dave, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate my needs.nnI worked in Customer Service my entire working life and CS is very important to me. Earlier this year, I had major surgery and as a result of all that was going on, forgot to send rent payment. Dave was super-understanding and didn’t charge me a late fee, which he certainly could of!nnThe locker was clean, dry and probably the nicest one I’ve ever rented. If I ever need one in the future, I will go to Eastside!!!
I'd highly recommend Eastside Storage to anyone needing a clean, dry, storage unit on the east side of Janesville. For us the unit was really convenient, and Dave was really helpful. We got the unit on short notice, feeling lucky to find it with little planning, and was also more than pleasantly surprised how good Dave was when we were able to finally move everything into a new home. The few times I had a question or concern Dave actually answered the phone, and was able to help. That's just not the case with so many other folks in business. I'd definitely recommend doing business with Dave to anyone I knew and certainly would attempt to myself, if the need ever arises again.
I’ve had a storage unit with Dave for about 2 and half years was great! Hands down good people and easy to work with for sure if I need another one will deff come back to Dave. Thanks agian
