Amazing always! I've only been disappointed a few times from them but they always fix it. Love doing curbside right now bc the staff is so sweet and friendly you can really tell they love what they do and love there customers. Sam's will always be my favorite pizza place!
Was upset I wasn’t paying cash and said it would take longer since I wasn’t paying cash. Demanded that I be present for the transaction outside, providing my own pen. When I asked if the driver would be wearing a mask, owner on the phone told me not to worry about that as we don’t expect them to. To make these demands to a customer, only 2nd time from ordering from this business is unreal. Good luck, you will be out of business in two years the way you treat your customers.
Their pizzas are always delicious, but their customer service needs work. Others have had issues and tonight I had my first. They messed up our order and said they could either give me a credit or bring it out to me corrected, but would have no idea how long it would take. What kind of service is that? Fix your mistake and make our dinner a priority. Very disappointed. Too many other good pizza restaurants in Janesville to put up with this.
I order 2 stuffed pizzas and received 2 regular pizzas. I called them and they said there is nothing they can do except give me a $5 credit for next time. I offered to pay the difference for the pizzas I ordered and they said they can’t do that. Doesn’t make any sense to me since that’s what I ordered.
