The food here is okay. It isn't the best ever. The food is small and it does taste good. But it isn't that good. Jimmy johns restaurants have a unique feel to it and it is kind of fast. But at most I would give it a 4 star. It isn't that unique of an experience.
THE EMPLOYEES MAKING SANDWICHES ARE NOT WEARING MASKS. BEYOND DISGUSTING. GO ELSEWHERE.
The only employee that wasn’t wearing a mask made our subs... we’re kind of disappointed considering how excited we were to get jimmy’s
Ordered 2 sandwiches in person. As always, we enjoyed the sandwiches with fresh ingredients and the options to customize. Always good value for the money. However, I was shocked to see that, during the current pandemic, none of the employees on the premises were wearing protective masks nor face shields nor gloves. Thus, those who might order “no-contact” deliveries will still have their food prepared and packaged in a manner that is not as medically suggested at this time. We have throughly enjoyed Jimmy Johns in the past and especially like the ability to “earn” free sandwiches right now, but to see the laxity of employees and thus wondering if current cleaning methods as proscribed by the pandemic are also being ignored, we will go elsewhere in the near future for any in-person or on-line orders.
All but 1 of the employees wore their masks incorrectly during the Covid-19 pandemic (Not over the nose). When asked to wear it properly to keep ourselves, themselves, and anyone else they were serving safe they refused.
