I live overseas and was storing my vehicle there. After a friend moved the car out for me and accidentally left the lock on the unit, I was unable to contact anyone to assist me. No one ever answered when I had the opportunity to call the US from where I am and no one is responding to my emails. They’ve invoiced me for 3 lock cuts (how is that even possible) and still refuse to respond to my emails. My bills with them are stacking up and there’s seemingly nothing I can do about it. I highly suggest NOT using this place. They were just bought by some company too so it’s probably going to be worse.
I love this place! The management is wonderful and the facility is secure and well cared for...

Fantastic storage unit with great prices. Clean secure have cameras automatic Gates. Can rent online or at the kiosk
