I’ve wanted a wavy natural perm for a while and I chose this place to do the job. I showed the hairstylist pictures and a video of how I wanted it. I explained to her that my hair was already partially waved and that I wanted the rest of my hair to match. She seemed fully on board and I thought we were on the same page. But we weren’t t. She used purple and peach rollers and grabbed really small sections when rolling them. At the end of the appointment, when my hair was revealed, it was completely the opposite of what I was hoping for. I look like a poodle. I specifically asked for waves and instead got tight frizzy ringlets and I absolutely hate it. I’m not happy at all with what I payed for because it’s not what I was hoping for. I will not be coming anymore and I wouldn’t recommend them. Especially if you want a wavy perm.
I got my hair done by Kelsey and she was so great and focused and sweet! My hair looks exactly like what I wanted highly recommend her!! If I ever need my hair done again I’m going back to her ❤ufe0f
I appreciated that they got me in same day for a Cut and Color. But besides that, it was pretty bad. I stressed to Theresa that I wanted something different and I explained what I usually get.nI wanted full highlights to brighten my dark hair. I asked for a face frame. I received no face frame and the highlights are barely noticeable. There was no difference. I tried asking about a different cut and the response was “have you ever done that before?” then she ignored me. She barely talked to me and even pressed against the center of my face more than once while applying highlights instead of holding the foil in her hand. I left with frizzy, semi wet hair and an ear full of conditioner. My hair wreaked of whatever was used for the highlights. If you can help it, just don’t waste your time or money.
I always see Rachel when I go and she is always amazing. I never know exactly what I want but she always gives me ideas. She does an excellent job and she is super sweet.
