The service I was given was fantastic! I was looking for someone local who specializes in natural, cruelty-free, and environmentally-conscious products, while having the expertise to help me take better care of my mane, and Theresa checks all those boxes! She's super friendly and she seems to know what she's doing. I will be recommending her to family and friends in the area!
While I can't speak to Bloom's in-shop expertise, I can speak to its owner's graciousness. When I mistakenly purchased a gift certificate from Bloom (via its very nifty website, I might add), rather than from the intended salon across the hallway at 2640 Milton Ave., I had to approach Theresa hat in hand and ask for a refund. Not only did she have mercy on me, but was completely cheerful about it. If my daughter ever changed allegiances to Bloom, I'll be delighted.
Theresa is AWESOME!!! She will do my hair from now on. I can't say enough about her quality, expertise ,.I love my new style.❤
Theresa is meticulous and the results show. My cut is so good I don’t even need a round brush, just run my fingers through with my blow-dryer. The color is so rich and beautiful with highlights that make it look sun-kissed. Her products are great, too. My hair has been dull and lifeless for a long time and now it’s bouncy and shiny. I’m so happy I found her!
Masterful precision with the scissors. Welcoming and warm with Wisconsin charm (with a dash of Texas, I think). The owner seemed genuine and ebullient. Highly recommended.
