Went there on Jan. 6th for my 9:00 spin class was running late my card didn’t work because I was one day late on my payment so I asked the lady if she could buz me in and I could take care of it on my way out. She was on the phone she threw the phone down walked around the counter and started screaming at me in front of the members. It was embarrassed and it was very unprofessional. I am going to file a complaint at Parker next time I go. I don’t even want to go there anymore. YMCA Young Men’s CHRISTIAN association. Ok !!!!
Clean and well maintained gym. Staff is very friendly.
I enjoy going to this YMCA it’s clean and the staff is great. Keep up the great work.
