Wish they would enforce mask wearing!! Wonder what else they short cut?

This place gets ZERO stars. My husband and I signed up for annual memberships. I was EXTREMELY clear that I would be using the gym only for the treadmill to support him in his fitness goals. I was LITERALLY harassed by one of the then coached on the telephone for not coming in for an optional consultation. She basically accused me of being a fat lout and not taking my fitness seriously. I am 5'4' 122 lbs and ride and train horses. I am none of those things and wanted only to be supportive of my partner. Needless to say I never used the gym. I went in to cancel in May when our membership was up. They offered 3 months for free even though I said we wanted to cancel, they insisted. My arm was broken at the time and my cast was not removed until mid June. I went in today to cancel per their direction and my phone call last week. Not only did I get charged for August but I am being charged for September as well. This place IS TERRIBLE. It is a complete racket. Trying to make up for my treatment by an employee with 3 *free* months that I was clear I would not use and then I am billed for two more months. UNBELIEVABLE. I would caution women, especially those with any kind of body image issues to think seriously about using the gym. The way I was harassed and verbally assaulted on the phone for choosing not to use an optional assessment would put many in a tail spin. Then to top it with paying for an extra two months? Bravo guys. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I

Very clean establishment and the staff were very accommodating for the event I had in the facility
