DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We had the worst experience possible it reminded me of the commercial where he is like "don't worry about the audit" or whatever. We even over the ladies talking about how they keep accidentally faxing paperwork to unknown destinations! That's peoples personal information... the last who was helping us somehow came up with a number that was about 1/3 of what we got backstage year.... that's not the issue here though. We went to pay for the services and products that H&R charges you for and it came out of my account but she said it failed on her end and that the system glitched so we needed to pay again.... uhhhh it came out of my account so why do I need to pay twice? No! So refused to call support of any kind or a manager NOTHING. Dont go here they dont seem like they know a damned thing that they are doing tax related or otherwise!!!!
