I had my storage unit cleaned out by December 31st and had even called earlier in the month to tell them it would be, so I called and let them know. By January tenth I still didn’t have my security deposit so I called again and Bob apologized and said he’d forgotten, said I should have it by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. It’s now Thursday and have since called twice, once yesterday, only to find out that it wasn’t sent until Monday, then I called again today after still not receiving the check only to be told that mail is routed through Milwaukee and might not be here until Friday. Get your story straight, first it was a couple of days now it’s four, and it’s the 16th of January, there’s no good reason I shouldn’t have gotten my security deposit back by now
