Mike was great to work with. He made the process super easy and helped us understand what we were doing without making us feel dumb. The closing process was quick and Mike offered a good deal on closing costs. We would definitely work with Mike again.
What I liked best about Mike’s service was that at closing, he alerted us to peculiarities that would have seemed off track but in actuality were just regular business transactions. He made sure we were comfortable and not rushed.
What I had hoped for was for Bank if Utah to retain our mortgage in house rather than selling it off. Having a hometown bank that brings wealth to the community is very important to me.
Mike was AMAZING to work with on the financing and closing for our house! He came through for us on everything and even went the extra mile the night we were closing to make sure everything went as it needed to. We are so thankful for him and would recommend him to everyone!
