I had a great opportunity for a great deal on a vehicle that required a very short turnaround time. Goldewest has a branch a block away from my office. I walked in on Thursday just before noon to request a loan. Wendy C got everything rolling, stayed in frequent communication with me, and got things done in great time with the help of Elizabeth C. Amazing assistance, and I'd highly recommend them.
Everyone here is incredibly friendly and they all step up and make sure you're taken care of, whether that means helping you themselves or getting you to the right person. Great staff, a nice clean environment.

If I could give this union zero stars, I would. I went in to put money into my account and everyone there tells you to get an auto quote from their insurance agent. I figured what the heck, why not. I end up switching over to their insurance, get my policy number and everything.. only to get a call 3 WEEKS LATER saying that they canceled my auto policy because THE INSURANCE AGENT AT GOLDENWEST put in my banking info wrong and my account wasn’t charged for the initial payment. Never did he fix it for me, now I have a week lapse in my auto insurance and looks BAD ON ME. Don’t go here, the agent has no idea what he’s doing and didn’t even have my correct email address. Highly unprofessional.
