The employees are very nice and helpful. However,
the hours are odd and somewhat inconvenient. Also, the ATM is within the building itself so you can't use it when the bank is closed.
It’s Saturday. My iPhone shows one of several chase banks is still open but it does not give me the hours. I need to know what time it closes. I called. I got the most horrible outrageously ridiculous phone tree I have ever heard in my life! And no where was there a number you could touch to find out the hours of this bank! Totally inefficient!!
Closes on Saturday, which is fine. But they advertise that they have an ATM, which is INSIDE THE CLOSED BANK. So why advertise the ATM if you can’t use it
Atm is INSIDE & so inconvenient when closed because online says ATM!!!
