I needed to get some $2 bills while I was out of town traveling for work. I called the Wells Fargo here in Ogden and they flat-out refused because I didn't have an account which I thought was pretty cruddy. I called the chase, Cameron answer the phone and he was more than happy to assist me in getting two dollar bills. I came in right before closing and he took care of me without issue I would absolutely recommend this Chase branch to anyone. The customer service here is top-notch.

Everyone at this branch has been helpful and friendly to me. I’m always shocked that they remember my name and even details about my life. When I go in for my banking needs, I feel like I’m in the company of friends! But of course, they are also efficient and professional. I see other reviews mentioning poor experiences, but maybe those are from former employees. Because the people there now are wonderful.

I do not trust them and I’m really disappointed in this branch specifically. My husband and I opened accounts with them. With the promotion that we would get $300 in each after direct depositing $500. After the allotted time and complying with the rules of the account we didn’t receive the money. Come to find out Shelby didn’t put the promotion on our account... and now because she said she didn’t receive the promotion card which we had supplied they will not honor it. We had even talked to her about how awesome the promotion was when opening the account. Turns out not so awesome. They even said if they knew it should have been added they still won’t credit the accounts the $600 they owe us. Very dishonest banking.
