Words cannot describe how cared for our family was. My husband and I worked with several staff members, Lynn, Preston, Clint, and Josh. Each of them were so helpful, patient, and professional. I called and described the type of car my family was needing and (even shared one type of car I wanted) as well as our budget. Shortly after they came through with exactly what our family needed and the car I was actually hoping to find! As a busy mom with two under two they made the car purchasing process so simple, quick, and stress free. They had answers to all of my questions and were wonderful to work with. My husband and I felt very cared for. We’ve only ever purchased cars privately, but now that we’ve become customers at Hertz, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in the future! This was by far my best car buying experience ever. I live in Washington state so Gary offered me a FaceTime walk around of the vehicle. He took as long as needed to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. The most refreshing part was the honest and genuine conversation about the purchase with Gary and then with Josh from the finance team. This is what buying a car should be like. Thank you!
