Best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I came in with a budget, and they didn’t try to talk me out of it. They gave me options for lending, cash buy and were never deceptive about anything. They made sure my out the door price fit exactly with my budget and had no hidden fees. I will definitely be back for any of my vehicle needs. I’d highly recommend them. The selection isn’t as big as some of the massive dealerships, but the quality of customer service is bar none.

My wife and I went to Diamond J’s today to inquire about an older Jeep. We were helped by Anthony who was exceptional not only in customer service but also in giving us transparent and honest options/opinions in regards to our purchase. I have never been to Diamond J’s before today but after my experience with them today, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them. I appreciate dealerships who value honesty and transparency. Keep it up!

My husband purchased a vehicle from this dealership. We were needing to apply for a car loan through the dealership and were not able to pick the car up that day. When my husband was approved, we went to get the vehicle. The sales man said he drove the car to make sure it was good and the gas was pretty much on empty. The sales man said that if we gave them a good review we would be able to get a free tank of gas. Really disappointed they couldn’t just give us gas for the overpriced car we just bought. Our loan was approved by Hurley Hull. The customer service is terrible. Every time we call, it goes to voicemail and takes forever for someone to call back. We had set up automatic payment online and I had to change the card due to fraud. Somehow the card did not update in the portal and charged the wrong card. We called the company and the lady told us it went through and to cancel the second payment I had made. My husband gets a call saying we owe them $50 for the missed payment. Disappointed with their customer service and providing false information. It’s not like we were trying to miss a payment... we were trying to make sure the payment went through. Not satisfied with our experience so far.

The mechanics dont know what they are doing I would not recommend this place at all
