The customer service was amazing. Jacob was very nice and helped explain everything for me. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I have not stopped telling friends and family about my amazing experience at Sherm’s. I will be recommending this dealership to any and everyone. The car is amazing and they really worked to help us in any way they could. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Great car buying experience. Mitch was great to work with and offered a fair price on our trade-in to make sure we could get into the truck we wanted. Process was smooth and easy. Very transparent, no hidden fees or upsales like the big car dealerships. Mitch treats everyone like family and wants to help you out as much as he can. Fun personality and hospitable. I would recommend Sherm's for anyone looking for a used car.

This is a dealership I am now recommending to everyone. I purchased my new SUV from them just over a week ago and have been completely satisfied with how everything went. Mike from sales was friendly and pleasant. Mitch, the owner who helped us with our financing was great. He was fun, very fair, honest, and straightforward through the whole process. I’ve purchased other vehicles over the years and it can be a pain, this was not the case here. I enjoyed my experience here and will buy from again. I strongly recommend everyone give them and their vehicles a look. It was well worth my time and will be for yours too.

Fabulous experience buying our truck here! We had two young boys with us and they got out toys for them to play with and snacks/drinks while we talked and took care of paperwork. If they make a promise they live up to it 100%. That’s hard to find in a dealership. Even though we live out of state we will be back here to buy our next vehicle!
