I really appreciate how Lucky’s actually is the ONLY dealership that would work with me. Rick was honest & transparent through the entire process & I really appreciated how patient & honest he was to work with. The process of buying a car was so much better than going through the “traditional dealership” because it was a total of two hours from start to finish & I didn’t have to haggle back & forth. Thanks Rick! One thing that I didn’t appreciate was the fact that they didn’t have anyone who detailed the cars. My car was filthy & when I kept trying to bring it in to get detailed (like all new & used cars should be), they refused to do it for me. Very bad customer service once I signed the dotted line. Also the finance company that they use - Titanium Funds - is not easy to work with during a pandemic & your unemployment doesn’t cover all of your bills. I was only allowed to make my car payment one week later than normal because I had never missed a payment before & I had to send them a letter from my new job saying how much I made per hour & how many hours I would be working. I still ended up not having the money & they told me I needed to figure it out or my car would be turned off. How can I work at my new job if my car is turned off. I was able to borrow the money from my mom but the customer service sucks!!!

Great experience today at Lucky’s! Rick Call helped me get into a new car and he was amazing. Service was efficient and much opposite of what I expected, he was not a stero-typical ‘pushy salesman‘ most come across. I have little to no car knowledge and am not a great haggler, so given the wrong salesman, I could definitely be taken advantage of in this field of expertise! But, much to my surprise, he was quite opposite and didn’t try to up sell me, told me his straight up opinions on the vehicles and was extremely helpful. Recommend this location, for sure!

Andres and Rick are great. They were very helpful. After car shopping for a month I was beyond frustrated with other car dealerships in there BS. They got me into a really nice car with literally a dollar down even though I had 3000 to put down. Ignore the bad reviews. People know what their getting into when they sign those contracts. Stop by these guys are amazing.

They have two blue Toyota Camrys Quoted me for $11,000 on one and the other $15,000 Both of them should not be that price range I estimate one $6000 and the other $10,000 for way they look Not worth it I advise not to go here Update on the response of the manager/owner you have the nerve to say your prices are fair for a 2007 around there Camry paint fading and you still have the nerve to say that you are fair prices ha ha not a good response and what warranty Warranties are ripoffs that are scams I stand by the prices the Camry’s should be price 6000 and the other 10,000 not even around there I’m laughing in your face We need to stand up to use car sales ripping us off for used cars in this country

Don’t recommend it! Got my car, and they only finance through “Titanium funds” set up payments to come out weekly, and instead of pulling it out on Fridays they’ve been pulling it out on Tuesdays or Wednesday’s. As per my bank statements will show. Then last week they tried to pull out the payment twice! Which I thought was weird so like any responsible person I called them. Come to find out they have had system issues on their end which is fine, whatever, but that It’s been coming out late because of their own system problems! Originally I liked the GPS system in my car because if it were to be stolen then they’d be able to find it! However with their system problems and because my check won’t clear until the day that they’ve been pulling out the payments for the past 6 weeks they’re shutting off my car! If this place wants to stay in business my recommendation would be to change their agreement with the financial institution for these situations which was NOT my fault! Now I get to miss out on work because of THEIR system error!
