Haven’t even got my car yet. But Julie at the front desk needs some attitude, and public service training. Asked nicely too see my trailer that my car was in, got cleared by my insurance and everything and she still gave us a battle about going back there too make sure any of my tools, parts, or belongings weren’t left in the trailer.
Was there to pick up a boat I bought back for salvage, was there 35 minutes from the time I pulled in , till I pulled out. There staff was fast and friendly. I was impressed.
Got a got from IAA On September 3 2020 and was in the runs and drives categories and when I when to pick it up it had a blown motor. ( really bad rod mocking) this to me is a bad motor! Very unhappy with it! I feel like I got taken when IAA knew that when they put it up for auction.. 😤 just be careful when buy from them!

Julie at the front desk was pretty rude and unhelpful. My son and his girlfriend were hit head on by a wront way driver. I lost my truck, my sons trailer was totaled, and his mustang was just about totaled. We wanted to look at the trailer for any missing tools or belongings, and julie made that very difficult even after talking to our insurance agent. And they also tried to tow my truck where i had parked it while i was talking to julie to get access to the trailer. And they also stole my sons low profile jack.
