Stewert our salesman was awesome. Bill and Cal were great to work a deal with and really went the extra mile to make it work. The service manager is super knowledgeable and was really helpful answering questions I had about our new trailer. Edit: If I could give them 10 stars I would. The service dept has been awesome addressing all my little issues I have discovered as you do with a new trailer. The parts dept has also been great to work with as well and has had everything in stock that I needed. They have totally exceeded my expectations and I can't be happier that we bought our trailer from them. Update: traded our tow behind in on a fifth wheel this year. As anticipated everyone has once again been awesome to deal with. I had the hitch installed in my brand new truck and it was done perfect. Joe in service is the best tech I have ever dealt with. Rodger the service manager is also the best. I can be hard to deal with as I like things a certain way and they have went above and beyond to accommodate. They have earned my business ten times over.

Darren Bideaux RV has by far the best customer service. We've been thinking about trading in are Motorhome for the past couple of years and went to see what they had. Robert was friendly and very respectfully to what we wanted. We decided to look at a couple of travel trailers and fell in love with the idea of a trailer. They gave us an awesome deal on our trade in and Bill worked magic to get the price where we needed it to be for a new 2020 EVO travel trailer. The service department was awesome, and explained everything to us. We honestly will not go anywhere else for are Trailer needs. Every time I called even with the dumbest of questions everyone was so nice and patient with us. Trailers and Motorhomes are different. We have gone to every RV place within 30 miles of Layton, and they are the best........

If they say AS IS walk away!! They know all the hidden problems. Stuart was great to work with and took the time to check it all out for me and said everything checked out great except the furnace. Got it home and found the bathroom had a broken water line. No big deal I fixed it. Then put water in the fresh tank and it just leaked out the bottom. The drain valve was busted out and gobbed up with fresh sealer. No problem I bought a used trailer so I fixed it. We finally took the first trip and found we had really overlooked the size of the bathroom and shower. I called Bill and he said ya it happens but I’m sure we can help ya out and find something with a bigger bathroom. And that’s when we found out our trailer was worth $8000 less than when we bought it from them 5 days earlier. Happy Camping

Loved our experience here. Since we live in our Rv they did a wonderful job of working with us so we only had to be out for them to get the body done for a couple days. And the work looks excellent. Definitely would use again.

Took trailer in 10 days ago for an estimate. Waited several days, and called back. They said they were busy and would get to it when they could. 10 days later, they want me to bring the trailer back in for pictures. I said I'd send them pictures. Now they want $250 for the estimate that was free 10 days ago. Worst experience from any RV dealer. There are a plenty of dealers around with great service. Don't waste your time here.
