I had a bathroom window replaced. It was done in a great time and professional manner. Jerry came out and measured the window and when it was ready to install he was there to install and did great work. I would recommend Jerry for a window replacement. Thanks

Valley Glass installed our whole house, 20-new Milgard windows, on 11/12/2020. Crew of 6-guys arrived 8am sharp. Removed & replaced all windows by 4pm. Every worker was courteous, showed impeccable professionalism, performed detailed workmanship with integrity, & final clean-up was like they were never here! Mike made sure all went smooth & trouble free. Bid quote & final cost were exact. Cost of windows was very reasonable. We highly recommend Valley Glass.

Great service! My new windshield looks awesome. Their customer service was excellent. They answered my questions and gave me other good-to-know info without being pushy. We were so grateful to find Valley Glass after Technaglass went under.

SEE UPDATE BELOW: The 3 stars is for the work they did. It was a good install. I took away 1 star because of how long it took them to actually fix the window in my living room after they came to quote it. It was over 2 months. The second star I removed is because of the price. The window pane that broke was nearly $500. It was caused by a neighbor hitting it with a rock, and so I called them to get a quote. $460 "out the door" is what I was told, so I passed that on to the neighbor and got a check from him for $460. Turns out that "Out the door" doesn't include nearly $40 in taxes that I saw charged to my card with the 2nd half of the deposit. Never once was the additional taxes mentioned to me. I'm not going to go back to the neighbor and request the additional $, because that not what I told him. His check was for the amount I initially requested. I expect a business would be more forthright and do the same when quoting the window. UPDATE: I spoke to Michael on the phone today and worked out the kinks. I was mistaken on what was charged. The receipt I was left with wasn't reflective of what my card was billed for. I have upgraded my review to reflect that. I was assured that if there was a discrepancy then I would have been compensated for what I was told, vs what was charged. Good customer services. I appreciated the call.

Made an appointment for the estimator about 3 weeks ago, he is over a week late. Called today valley glass to ask for a new appointment and still waiting for a call back from the “estimator” who is as elusive as Bigfoot. Going to call again next week just out of curiosity.
