They are horrible! Can NEVER get a hold of anyone. We set up an autopay and they would forget from month to month to take the money out and charged us all at once. (After I numerouslly tried calling them to let them know.) Now we are trying to stop the payments because we are not renting a storage unit and I cannot get a hold of anyone AGAIN! I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!
This place sucks. no one ever there to take your money. Then they lie and say they call you. Then they charge u for months you already paid.
Convenient storage with full visibility to the police station next door.
