There is nothing more frustrating than working with dishonest individuals. My new Hyundai Tucson was t-boned shortly after I purchased it brand new. I sent my car to R&M Collision to have it repaired. You can see in my pictures the damage was done to the right side. Recently I noticed my right light had condensation behind the lens and the light was flickering. The moisture caused the wiring of the light to short out. I took it to the Hyundai dealership where two mechanics confirmed that the light was not sealed properly by the auto body shop. I took it back to R&M who at first said he would stand behind his work and replace it. This was before he found out the light panel was $1200 to replace. I was then told by the owner that he never replaced the light that has shorted out, he replaced the other side. An honest company would stand behind their work and would not say they never replaced the light, according to him, the light he did replace is the on that is currently working properly (the original light that has never been tampered with). Not only do the mechanics at the Hyundai dealership believe the auto body shop should stand behind their work, the insurance adjuster that wrote the report agrees. I guess honesty is a thing of the past!
