Went in to ask about buying a set of new wheels for my vehicle. Neither employee would bother to look up at me for more than half a sentence before continuing to scroll on their phone. Was looking for a very common style but apparently anything like it would be "special order", I asked if there was a catalog or something to look through, the response was a bothered 'No', then face back into cell phone. Clearly me trying to spend a thousand dollars here wasn't worth their time so I'll make sure another shop gets my money. Also there were mandatory mask signs on the door and there is currently a statewide mandate for mask wear and neither employee had one within the small office space or even bothered to put one on the entire time I spent there.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received as a walk up customer. Had a big rock puncture that put us on a donut and everywhere was closed on Sunday, especially being Labor Day weekend. Victor’s was open, and we left 20 minutes later with the tire back on and holding air with no problem. No sales pitch, just took the donut off, took the damaged tire back, went to work and put it back on. One of the boys there told me “yeah we try to get our job done quick and do a good job”

Great tire shop! Got a flat tire while traveling on a Sunday and this place was one of the few open in Ogden. They run a full staff of people who know tires. Got me in and out quickly and charged a fair price. Even though I wasn't there to purchase new tires they have a great selection of tires and custom rims as well. Also, if you are looking for full service in Spanish, this should be your go-to place.

These guys are awesome!!! Very friendly, eager to serve and local too! Blew a tire a block away and they helped we so fast. I had 4 new tires installed along with an alignment in the time it would have taken to get 1 tire fixed.

My husband took our sons car in to have ONE tire repaired. They said they would not repair it since the vehicle was all wheel drive and and all 4 tires would need to be replaced. Fine, we pay for 4 new tires and the balancing charge for each tire, etc. We’re thinking everything is good to go and my son was driving to TX the next day. Well as soon as he gets to freeway speeds the car begins vibrating badly. He then takes it to a Firestone and they tell him the they weren’t done correctly and none of the tires were balanced. So now we’re paying for more work on something that should have been done correctly and that we paid for and my sons life was at risk for Victors Tires negligence. Thank God he went somewhere to get it corrected before something did happen. Never spending another penny here.
