Scott is a man of his word from start to finish. Our deal started on a handshake, and (though we did sign contracts) it was that handshake that he stuck to when it can to changes, finding out new issues and dealing with them all fairly.nnWe had him come in an bid out what ultimately amounted to nearly six figure job. From the estimate phase, through scheduling and all aspects of project management our community was in great hands.nnOur community is made up primarily of Seniors, and Scott and his team went above any beyond to be respectful of the residents living there and our staff members working there. This was a big deal to our community. Throughout the nearly month long job, Scott and his team were reliably looking for cost effective solutions while still maintaining the high degree of aesthetic our community is known for.nnOur company has 8 other communities through SE Wisconsin and will not hesitate to put him on any painting, patching or full on dry wall repair project I need. My only fear in writing this review is that I may have a harder time getting my projects scheduled in a tight window.
