our company has been renting a unit at this location for years. I recommend it highly, the service has always been great.

I like the kiosk idea because it's an easy way to get a storage unit. It also seems like a great way to cut costs for the storage facility. I'm a little disappointed, however, that the savings aren't reflected in their prices. Also, I ended up having to call the phone number because the kiosk wasn't working properly.

Set up a reservation for a unit got there and i couldn't the rent unit on the kiosk. So I called an was able to pay via the kiosk that gives no change. They texted me my code to get in the gate to my unit but didn't say anything while I was on the phone that it takes 24hrs to activate. When I called back they where closed an we had to drive 2 trucks full an hour back home. Got there in the morning an was able to contact them to see what's up. They gave me a temp code that would work for 24hrs till mine was active. Was able to drop the first 2 loads finally. The next night I come back with a truck an trailer loaded an my code was still not active and was denied again and had to drive an hour back home. Went back next morning and was finally able to use my code. nice place but not worth the hassle

I recently became a tenant of red dot storage at this location. After booking online I went to the self serve kiosk which didn’t work. I had to make a phone call and get that all straightened out. Then, after a day my access code for the property no longer worked. When it snows they don’t plow it out for at least a day, and when they did they left 2’ tall banks in front of all of the doors, which is unacceptable. I can understand a little bit of snow in front of the doors but this was actually a snowbank. So far I’m not very impressed and would recommend going somewhere else. On a plus side the unit was clean and dry.

Red Dot Storage at their Sturtevant location is great. Clean, easy access and their representative Chris was there to help answer any questions. It is easy to pay your bill online too. It was a great choice for us!
