Customer service! My son waited for their last release and was able to buy a couple of pieces before they sold out. Unfortunately due to mail thieves he never got to enjoy them. Total devastation! He took initiative and reached out to Hard Jewelry. They have offered a couple options for compensation plus an additional 10% off his next purchase. They didn't have to but they did. Thank you! I'm sure he will be a long standing client for a while.
We ordered a necklace and charm. We only received the charm, and have sent messages via email, Facebook, and Instragram and have not received any communication back regarding the status of the necklace. Either want a refund or the necklace! Poor customer experience!
