I can’t remember her name but the assistant manager was absolutely fantastic! She was a great salesman and helped me out tons. I had no idea what I was doing in there and she made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone :)

I loved the store & Kat was super sweet ringing me up & politely answering my questions but my receipt said POS Customer when listing who was buying.... Guess I wasn’t that great but still good service?

I'm sorry but to not allow returns regardless of any reasons is a crooked scheme. I was literally told that if the package was unopened i could bring it back and get a return. There has to be some situations where a return can be acceptable in order for me to have any respect for a business. We all know the type of stores that do this and they are all shady businesses... Coerce you into something, reassure the customer that they can return it under certain conditions, then you show up a day later with it in perfect condition and all of a sudden they don't do returns. How can anyone feel good about that? It'll be the last time they get my business. This is one of my only 1 star reviews out of hundreds and they deserve less.
