I reserved a storage unit online a few weeks before my move from out of state. When I showed up ready to check-in on the designated day, they had already rented the unit out to someone else. I was temporarily relieved when they offered me a larger unit for the same price, but then they said I would need to move my belongings to a smaller unit as soon as it became available or pay the extra $35/mo for the larger unit. Ridiculous. They wouldn't lock in a lower rate on the larger unit, and they couldn't give me an estimate on when I might need to move my stuff again. All that uncertainty made me take my business elsewhere. I would advise you to do the same.

Arrived at 4:40pm to return the uhaul and come to find out our car is locked in the parking lot. The hours say five and if you are closing early you should call! Unsure of how to now get the car out before work on Monday!
I’ve been in three different sized units over the last year (growing as my business needs grow) and every single one of them have been clean and in amazing condition. There are dolly’s Available for renter use which helps SO MUCH. There are also renter available bathrooms and water fountains available 24/7. AJ at the front desk is amazing and I always look forward to coming in when he is on shift!
