So clean and organized. Friendly staff. Was concerned though that there were shoppers without masks during the mask mandate put in place this week. I asked an employee why they weren't enforcing it and she just shrugged her shoulders

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Yes they have some nice brands. But the workers are absolutely disrespectful. I went in there today. Just as simply look around. I have a relative that works there, I said "Hello" and went about my way. I sat and watch somebody walk up to them. And they were getting yelled at for talking to me. Clearly they treat their workers with absolute disrespect. And then they kicked me out of the store for no reason. I'd still don't understand why they kicked me out of the store I never said or did anything wrong, as a matter of fact I didn't say anything at all. They are unkind. The store is an absolute trash. Unsanitary and just not a good place.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The worst costumer service I have ever seen. They had a sale today and lines were backed up crazy, they had 4 registers open and it took anywhere between 30-45 minutes for them to check out one person. They kept moving the lines and telling people they were going to open more registers, they never did. They stopped letting people in at 5pm and the store was set to close at 9:30, we figured it would take maybe an hour to check out like most stores on a busy sale day.... boy were we all wrong. After waiting more than 8 hours in line they made people leave and not checkout. They had the cops come, kids were crying and people were extremely mad. The manager wasn't helpful and didn't want to talk to anyone, they kept telling everyone one thing and would lie. They handled things the worst I have ever seen.

I love that they have a good variety of boy's clothing, only problem and dislike that i have is that the lines are always long literally takes you 15 minutes till you get to a cashier, also most of the cashier dont have a clue on certain things or even know what the hell their doing..
