Always kind of a sketch parking lot but normally a great store. Twice now I've gone in there with all the restrooms closed. Not sure what's going on there but that needs to be fixed and policed.
i went to this maverick to get myself a drink and the guy at the register told me very rudely that if i come back to this location to come get either gas or a drink i wont be allowed in with out a mask when there is like 20 other people walking in after i left this location. that is not customers service at all and that is just being rude to me cuz im a women and i feel like he was trying to tell me rudely to get the hell out of that location. i wont be returning to this location at all. i hope that guy either gets talked to or gets fired cuz he has no right to treat me that way. worst customer service ever and this location lost my business for good.
Tried to call several times on Friday November 27th at 9:20pm and was hung up on several times. This was intentional because I could hear people talking in the background. Terrible employees will not be visiting again.
They were out of ranch. So I asked for some. They got me some. Then I asked for a fork. Because they were also out of forks and the employee scoffed at me. Terrible customer service.
The gas pump 1# the plastic was coming out of the top and got some on side of my suit, terrible maintained gas pumps. The bald Mexican manger said too me one night he didn't want to court my four dollars in change. He said that he didn't want to have the burden of having lose change in his register at night. Today the lady said I could not get a refill. NEVER COME TO THIS MAVERICK ! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT ! NEVER WAISTING My time again,never coming back to that Maverick !
