The counter attendant is amazing I am sad I didn’t catch her name, but definitely a great person with a great heart!! I am eternally grateful for her help today.
The Cashier Wilbur is always very friendly i have been going there more lately to get my drinks since 7-Eleven is the only convenient store open when i get off work late.
Went to this location on 17 May 2020 around 3pm. Two young ladies working were nice and gave above standard customer service, and paid a nice compliment to my granddaughters it made my day.
I bought an Xbox 25$ gift card and I went home to use it and it didn’t work, I go back to the store to return it and the employe said I can it said you bought it. He said you’re gonna have to talk to manager tomorrow and get yiure money back. I think all the new people need more experience on everything in the store and how to handle it because I only have 25$ and now I can’t use it tonight!!!!! I don’t understand why he couldn’t just give me my f**ing money back!!!
