The quote process for a few simple windows took over a month. I had a couple questions and each time it took them many days to get back to me. After I accepted what I thought was the proper quote and schedule, the painters didn't show up! I called and they told me they mixed up my residential house with some big business. I tried to work out another date but they declined for unknown reasons. I finally spoke with the owner, Randy, and he promised he would make it right and call me back. No one ever called back. My experience with this business from start to finish was terrible, and they prevented me from getting my project painted this summer.
Walked in and was greeted by professional staff. You can tell it's well managed as everyone was busy and smiling the website looks great and the work I've seen is second to none...
The customer service and end-results for all project is second to none when it comes to Postorino. I highly recommend and endorse the entire team!
