Waited 2 hours for a sandwich that never arrived, called the store and was assured that my sandwich would be made correctly, was offered nothing but a remake of my sandwich with ANOTHER 45 minutes ETA....on a Sunday mind you. Sandwich didn't show up for another hour and 15 minutes. Now this is over 3 hours for a $7 sandwich from a store that's only 5 min away from my home. Finally ready to enjoy my food but then there is NOTHING on the sandwich that I ordered extra of, absolutely nothing! Now here i am calling the store a few minutes after 8pm and they're not answering and they're open til 9....hope someone there can get the shift together!! Very dissatisfied and disappointing

well.... it Probably would have been a 5 star but never had the pleasure unfortunately.. Hours said open til 9 pm. I called at 8 pm & was told they're closed? That sucks....

Placed an online order for 3 sandwiches. They delivered only 1 sandwich. Called and was told they are now closed at 6pm only that their site said they are open till 9pm and they couldn't deliver the other 2 sandwiches. They said they could refund for them. And that if I wanted to talk to the general manager I could call back tomorrow! This is unacceptable customer service!!!

I called at 645 pm on a Sunday atleast 4 times the website says u guys are open till 8 so why will no one answer the phone to take a order that is bad service and false advertising

This was my first and last time going to this place. The service was not good and the girl at the register was rude.And to top it off the sandwich was horrible...
