Was surprised with the excellent customer service. Food wasn't expensive and the food was great. Why cook?
Really annoying that you make your DoorDash ordered stop before you even close. Super inconvenient.
Tonight the pizza that was delivered looked like they dropped it. When I called back to have a new order delivered they want to charge me a fee for their mess up. We gave the driver a $7 tip for bad pizza? Then when we said we arent paying for the delivery fee they said they wont deliver the pizza. Not cool Toppers!!!
Did a door dash order at 7:18pm, ordered classic pizza and topper sticks. Order arrived in timely manner, but my order was wrong, they got the wrong dipping sauces and completely wrong pizza. Called store, was told by the manager Gordon that he was unable to help and to call door dash, and hungup on me. Called door dash to have them bring the correct pizza. The correct pizza did not get to my house until 9:45pm. Where is the disconnect here..? It was not the door dashers fault the employees made the mix up! As for Gordon... horrible customer service and to be a manager....
Pizza is good for the price not saying it's the best pizza in Kenosha but it is fast and hot
