Have been with this place for 4 years. Dry and clean units and good management. Fair prices.
Unfortunately, cannot recommend Badger Storage in Union Grove. We went four months last fall without being able to access our unit because of an apparent spring being inoperable. Multiple contacts with the management and were told it would be fixed the following week and never was.nHoles from an unknown source in the ceiling caused leakage and permanent damage to some of our belongings.nAnother family member had a unit which was infested with mice and the management advised them that it was their problem to remedy.
Terrible management. Was a nice place before it came under new ownership last year. These people are a joke.
I have been using Backwoods Storage consistently for almost 5-years and currently maintain multiple units . The facility is clean, well cared for and secure. Management is top-notch and no-nonsense. I would highly recommend Backwoods Storage.
