We just ordered again, as food is good, fairly inexpensive, BUT!! Last 2 orders no rewards ever received, no side sauces(ordered and pd.for!) ever received. Orders need to be checked, please! Thank you to all employees for working in this troubling time.

Phoned in the order. Arrived 15 minutes later to pick order up. Nothing was ready. The order was never put in. Had to wait another 15 minutes. Nobody apologized or even remotely acknowledged a mistake was made.nExtremely disappointed with service at Domino’s

Poor service. Would not say “hello” when I walked in the door. I check my order and was made wrong. When confronted about the order - no one apologized!! Very poor customer service! Would not recommend. Will not be back. There should be no reason why they can’t read and get an order right.

We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with half green olives. What we got was pepperoni and sausage with half green peppers. Fortunately, we checked it in the car so my husband was able to go back and have it remade. Manager was apologetic and said he'd throw in a dessert item on the house to make up for it. When the new pizza was made, they realized they forgot to make the dessert item. Manager gave us a full refund. Got back to the car only to realize that the pizza was pepperoni with half green olive but no sausage at all. Just accepted and left because we didn't want to wait around for another presumably wrong pizza.nnManager was cool but it's a shame all the schools are closed because clearly the employees need to all go back and learn how to read.nnNext Day Update: I've been sick all morning so my original 2 stars goes down to a 1. Definitely won't be back.

had the best experience at Burlington Domino's, Tyler was amazing and the delivery kid was even better Dawson .food was perfect,,,hot and tastd great. so much better than the awful attitude i got from pizza hut in Burlington...go to Domino's, it's the best and manager Tyler was incredible. thanks guys, great job
