This is hands down the best workout in town. Trainers are amazing, the workout is tough and its got me in the best shape of my life
Great coaching and staff and love the separate rooms as well as squat rack and weight rack layout. Heart rate monitors and a lot of things to do in the turf room! Love working with the group here!
Clean facility, lots of equipment, fun and informative staff
I started about 1yr ago, not knowing anything. In that time I have lost 75lbs and created an addiction. Josh is an awesome manager, very welcoming and keeps a great atmosphere going! Eric is an incredible trainer! My workouts with him are fantastic, and I’m always worn at the end! I can’t thank these uts enough for the accountability and for how I feel everyday! It’s a great place to workout in!
I’ve been a member of this gym for many years. I can tell you that the new ownership has consistently upgraded the gym in the last few years, from new equipment to acquiring a new workout room to expand the size of the gym. Yes, some of the equipment is a little old but it definitely gets the job done. Lastly, Josh the manager and Eric the trainer are very knowledgeable in the fitness industry and understand the fitness needs of new and old members. Plus they are easy to approach and have great personalities. I’m just happy to see the positive growth in this gym.
